She is the author of Estate Planning in Texas and has been repeatedly named a Top Estate Planning Attorney in Fort Worth. She received her business degree from Texas A&M University in 1990, and graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 1993, where she served as the Assistant Editor of the Law Review and received the faculty award for outstanding graduate.

Leslie Thomas focuses her legal career exclusively in the area of estate planning, and sees clients in Fort Worth. She has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout her career, and is often asked to speak at conferences and seminars regarding important estate planning issues, changes and trends. Ms. Thomas enjoys working with families to devise a strategy specific to their needs and an estate plan best suited to protect their assets for future generations.

Ms. Thomas finds that those clients who work to create an effective estate plan are much more at peace in knowing that they have everything in place for their loved ones. When she is not helping families plan their estates, Ms. Thomas enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Southlake, TX Office

Katie Manchaca joined Thomas-Walters, PLLC, in 2019 when she contributed to the establishment of the Southlake office. She has practiced estate planning for the majority of her legal career, focusing on complex estate planning issues and designing asset protection trusts specifically for individual needs. Ms. Manchaca’s knowledge of estate planning and probate issues, her creativity and her attention to detail have proven to be great assets to her clients. She enjoys assisting clients to construct legally-sound protections for their future and for future generations.

Ms. Manchaca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas in 2004, and earned her JD from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2007. She was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 2013. She previously worked at a national law firm and a national oil and gas company.

Ms. Manchaca is a native Texan and has lived in Fort Worth since 2004. When she is not helping her clients with estate plans, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Fort Worth, TX Office

Born in the Philippines and raised in West Texas, Tricia Inting brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, blending her multicultural background with a strong foundation in law. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2012, before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2016.

Tricia has developed a diverse legal background with experience in probate, estate planning, family law, and real estate law, giving her a well-rounded approach to serving her clients’ needs. Known for her attention to detail and compassionate approach, she is committed to providing thoughtful and practical solutions to complex legal challenges.

Outside of the office, Tricia enjoys reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Fort Worth, TX Office

Molly Keathley earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Rhodes College in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis School of Law in 2003. She was briefly licensed in Tennessee before moving to Texas, where she was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. She has held a variety of public service positions with both the State of Texas and Tarrant County. For five years, she worked with Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2, concentrating on estates involving complex administrative matters. Currently, Molly works part-time, assisting clients with revisions to existing wills and trusts to ensure their estate plans reflect their changing needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and Mahjong with friends, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Fort Worth Office

Meredith Thomas joined Thomas-Walters, PLLC, in 2023 as a legal assistant. She was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, and attended The University of Texas at Austin. During her time at UT, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Communication, a minor in Business, as well as a certificate in Spanish for Business Professions. She is pursuing her Master’s in business administration at TCU and hopes to apply her studies to the firm’s future success. After completing her MBA, she plans to attend Law School and continue her career with Thomas-Walters. When she is not in the office, Meredith enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting art exhibits, and traveling.
